I also built her off of wind and might make a lot of suggestions about this deck ?.
I would take out infected and put in mentally unstable (if you have any) cause of the looping.
I would take out Quick and decisive and side board them and replace them with chinese boxing cause of the gainig momentum if the attacks not blocked and of the commiting effect.
Narcisstic for unorthodox fighting style cause you wanna push those Tsunami Sabres in.
Traditional Style looks good and all but might you wanna try Iga Legacy cause of you needing control checks to pass.
Also if you can add more kabuki artists and soul of ling sheng shu's if you can.
On the attack side Charlies fierce punch for kakashi ken's CFP have a good effect followed by a 3CC
Hyakurenko for Reaping Hook or if you can "and good luck finding them" adding 3-4 Feline spikes
Also look for Criminal Uppercut it's good as hell.
i own 0 spikes. i can't realy aford 2 have any more 3 checks so no charlie's fierce punch. for some unkown reason after 30 something packs of king of fighters 2006 i own no chineese boxings. hyurkeno for reaping hook, definately. only one crimanal upercut and it is in another deck...
Oh and one more thing try to get some Make a Difference's cause they'll help you live longer and try to get the harder they fall for that same reason.
If you're going to use a character block, you're probably better off using another Felicia of some sort. This way you can at least stack and get some benefit out of it if you know you wont need the blocking, for whatever reason.
Nevermind that other +0 Blocks with useful abilities are out there too.
