What is/are the difference(s) between Mafia: Vendetta and The Werewolves of Miller's Hollow beside the theme?

Sounds like it to me. Probably not much difference except character abilities and theme.
Technically, Mafia was the original theme. Werewolf was a later retheme that has proven insanely popular.
What is/are the difference(s) between Mafia: Vendetta and The Werewolves of Miller's Hollow beside the theme?
I imagine there will be a reshuffle of player abilities... there are more mafia/werewolf versions out there with 'house' characters then could ever fit into a box
