Is there a better use for 26 Points with Rebels? My Regionals List

By Squark, in X-Wing Squad Lists

So, I've got regionals upcoming in a bit, and this is the list I'm thinking of taking. The core of the list revolves around a dependable flight group of B-wings and Z-95s.

Blue Squadron Pilot -22

-Accuracy Corrector (3)

Blue Squadron Pilot -22

-Accuracy Corrector (3)

Bandit Squadron Pilot -12

Bandit Squadron Pilot -12

Subtotal: 74 points.

I'm less certain about what to use for that last 26 points. The two builds I've played around with are Tarn Misan with an R7 Astromech, and a Gold Squadron Pilot in an Ion warthog with R3-A2. Biggs is also an option, but I find flying him too taxing to make 6 games in a row enjoyable.

Does anyone have recommendations about alternatives? One thing that occurs to me is Roark Garnet with Jan Ors crew and an Ion Cannon, although I don't know the HWK very well so I'd need a fair bit of practice with that.

Tarn's always good. Roark would give you the pilot skill shot against phantoms. You could drop the Accuracy Correctors and one Z-95 to add two more B-wings, making BBBBZ. Your squadron's weakness looks to be maneuverability so you could also try a Chardaan Jake with 4 points of EPTs (such as PTL and VI).

Green Squadron Pilot w/ PTL, Outmaneuver, Test Pilot, Refit, and ATs (25 points)as a flanker. He's only throwing out two dice, but if he gets in behind somebody OM will kick in. Those two dice get quite a bit more dangerous. Alternatively, you can drop OM for Prockets. I love Prockets!

But I don't think you can go wrong with the stresshog.

Yup, add a stresshog. And maybe drop AC for AS. I like to focus AND 2 k turn
