Turrets versus Talent

I was being sarcastic :)

I doubt it

Dash is the least skill intensive of any of them. You have Large ship barrel roll and boost, that doughnut hole means absolutely nothing unless you can get to PS 7+. A turret with phantom tier mobility is insane and so ridiculously game breaking I can't believe you only hate so called, 'PWTs'. If anything you should hate the out rider more since it denies a range 3 bonus to ships attacking it.

Well, you can also take the tact of using that 7+ PS against Dash. Keep it in range 2 of Torkil, and all of sudden Dash is shooting last, letting your other ships focus fire on him. Oh and if you have predator on a ship in that group, you are re-rolling 2 dice not one against Dash.

The race to the top can be used against the current meta.

That or the scoring system needs a change so a 60 point ship boosting away won't win you the game.

This would keep them from boosting away, but how broken would it otherwise be:

At the end of the game, if your opponent has no ships on the board, full victory.

If both sides still have ships remaining, you take your total ships still alive minus opponent total ships still alive. The higher total # of ships left wins. When # of ships is tied, MOV is used.

So a 2 ship fat list can earn a max of two per game, while a swarm could earn 8 if it goes 100-0. A fat ship left alive against 4 remaining TIEs from a swarm gives the game to the TIEs with 3 points, but a fat 50+ point ship left against one 12 point TIE gives the game to the fat ship.

A question, can u guys play a little League in which points decide ? And damaged FAT is worth half its points ? And lets see on real life example how would it go...
