Okay, so Breach removes 1pt of Armor per rating. Got it.

It also indicates that it removes 10pts of Soak... is that in addition to the armor? Instead of? I'm a little confused by it.

1 point of armor for a vehicle is equivalent to 10 points of soak on a person.

Vehicles/Ships have Armour, beings/droids have Soak.

Breach would ignore 1 point of Armour on a vehicle/ship OR 10 points of Soak on a being/droid.

Yeah, 1 Armor=10 Soak.

Sometimes people get confused and think the "Armor" being breached is talking about clothing armor and not a vehicles Armor rating.

Yep, that's it. I thought it referred to personal armor.
