I'd like to purchase a couple of complete sets of acrylic tokens for my son and myself. However, it seems difficult to find a third party manufacturer/seller of all the tokens including mines and bombs! Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Greenman Designs had some on his recent kickstarter project. They may be hard to get for a bit because he is swamped filling his kickstarter pledges, but it may be somewhere to look. No idea if he has them up on the website or not yet.

Why not just buy the official FFG tokens that were in the Game Night Kits?
if you email Litko they are very responsive, I've had a bunch of questions answered over the years in a day or two tops. He (Jim I think?) might be willing to setup some bomb tokens knowing that he doesn't have them.. and there is demand.
Otherwise, eBay may be your best shot, the bombs aren't too bad last I looked. But as rarely as bombs get used... may be worth just using the cardboard ones.
Ebay is your best bet right now for the bomb and mine tokens, although you'll pay quite a bit. The Seismic tokens aren't too bad, running around $6 US, but the others are more pricey. Proton Bomb tokens start at about $12, while Proximity Mine can run $30 plus (I saw one auction for a Proximity Mine and Proton Bomb go for $124 - in auction terms, it means that at least two people were willing to pay that). Given the Extra Munitions upgrade and SLAM actions in Wave 7 that will increase the use of bombs, plus the new Cluster Mines, Conner Net, and Ion Bomb, I'd love to see more of the acrylic tokens made by the companies that currently make these. It would be sure nice to have, rather than have to wait for FFG to release some of these in the future.
I have a friend that might be able to start making some if I bug him about it. He can make them in wood or acrylic. What would be a decent price for Cluster Mines? What would you be willing to pay for them? Would you go with wooden or acrylic only? If acrylic, what color is best?

I suspect a lot of token makers will start stocking bomb tokens once wave 7 is actually out. There are going to be quite a few people who want extra Conner net and cluster mine tokens and extra munitions will make it possible to not have enough tokens.

Acrylic.
Color - black/smoke colored acrylic, with colored printing/overlay to represent the graphics on the token
Cost - take your cost in materials, the time it takes to manufacture, the cost to run the machine, add it up and double it. See where it fits compared to other token manufacturers, what they offer, the size of their tokens, and what they charge.
