1. Dutch moves first, TL enemy, allow teammate to TL (let's say Airen), also.

2. Lando does green manuvering, allowing Airen to use Squad Leader, allowing Dutch to focus.

Then Lando can focus, take 1 focus token/1 evade token

3. Airen moves, takes focus

Now Airen attacks, triggers pilot ability for Lando to eithet TL or evade. Hopefully your opponent is so thrown off by shenanigans he doesn't realize this squad isn't all that great at actually winning

I did manage a win this afternoon, but was due in large part to landing a sweet sweet ion shot on a HLC Syck who rolled a damage both on hitting an asteroid, then again when leaving it

After that the silliness that is the Falcon's PWT held out for the win
