I made both a campaign and a mini campaign which are i the quest vault under my name- you are of course quite welcome to use either. The mini campaign may be easier as it only require the base game and labyrinth of ruin. The full campaign requires significantly more.

If its a demonstration, you are probably looking for just one quest? Isnt there an official FFG one? The king of all goblins, or whatever its called? Otherwise, you could also play one of the quests that comes with a hero & monster pack if you want a real one. Since they are not part of any campaign (but you can add them optionally)

Those are also good options. There is indeed an FFG quest in the vault, and I believe it is on top of the list in terms of likes.

And just to be clear, that is not in any way a comment on the quality of Legend of Timmoran (if i remember the name correctly; I've read good things) or any other quests on the quest vault.
