1 - The heroes won the interlude.

Should they pic the first act II quest?

Or OL?

Which campaign are you playing? If the shadow rune, the winner of the interlude chooses the first Act 2 quest. If a different campaign, it will say in the first few pages of the quest guide how to pick the next quest at each stage of the campaign.
