You can never do the same action more then once in the same round. So no.

I personally like Turr Phenir with Push the Limit instead of Veteran Instincts.

You can move and focus and then after you attack can execute a boost or barrel roll, kick in Push the limit and then perform a boost,barrel roll or evade.

Key is that you can't perform 2 of the same actions in the same turn.
