What happens if you have only one ship with one hull remaining left in play and so does your opponent, but your opponent has a feedback array on his ship. If your opponent uses the feedback array to kill you, would the game be a draw?

That is in an event where a winner MUST be determined such as some kind of elimination round. Otherwise it should be scored as a draw.

That rule's a reason I keep my fortress list at 98 points.
