Scum Swarm need advice

I am looking to use this squad for competition and I need all thoughts and advice on it. Tear it apart.

The plan is to go in and block and do automatic damage in the scrum. Things like Decimators will get focus fire. I have a feeling this list will suffer against Brobots.

force the brobots to bump and between the bug zappers and the autoblasters you have the potential to kill one in one round.

Against autothrusters at range 3 with 2 attack dice, you're pretty much not going to hit at all.

Aggressors are super susceptible to being blocked because of their big base, and their conventional non-turret firing arc that forces them to actually fly towards what they want to shoot at. So swarms of two attack dice ships actually aren't that bad against them because there is a good chance that they're going to get stuck in a bump party.

IMO you'd be better off with straight up 8 Z's or 7 Sycks, or 6 Z's and Mux. I've bumped 3 -4 TIEs into the front of one of these things on an asteroid and kept them stationary for 2-3 turns before, if that only takes less than half of your ships to do then you're golden.

Thats my problem. I have so many issues blocking them because their 3s are green.

Let's say that you start off in a grid formation with all of your ships. I find it's easier to block if you 'randomly' have some of your swarm ships do 4 or 5 straights at a certain point instead of 3 straights.

You should be better off against Aggressors if you fly them in blobs of varying distance between each other as opposed to neat formations. Against HLC IG's you can also hug them at range one to deny the gunner shot.

Aggressors can't really deal with a blob of 3-4 ships at varying distances of each other that are infront of them. It's fairly easy to block all the one speeds, and then to block the relevant non-IG D 3 speeds it's takes a handful more, depends on how relevant each sloop/kturn would be.
