For example.
1.The threat is 2. Open the door. Vader appears. His life = 4. On the next round, threat = 4. His life still = 4, or his life already = 8?

Read carefully. "Threat" and "Threat level" are two different things. You multiply threat level, not threat, so it should not change during the mission at all.

Just to reiterate, because I found this confusing at first as well, the threat level is the number to the right of the mission name on the campaign log. Aftermath has a threat level of 2, which means that at the end of every round during that mission, the Imperial player gets 2 threat added to his pool. In the case of

, his health is twice the threat level. So if that was your first side mission, his health would be 4, second side mission, health = 6, you get the idea. But he doesn't get more health each round. Just like deploying any standard unit, once their health is depleted, they're off the board.
