I only have 46 points available in my list. The synergy between Outlaw Tech and SoT should be apparent. The idea is that SoT helps to avoid bumps, keep the maximum targets at range 1 and insure that even if a bump is unavoidable you can change to a red and gain a focus. I would love feedback on the conceptual and if anyone has used a similar build in reality.
