Question: In the AoR Core Rulebook...it says on the specialization for Commodore it is an Action...but in the Talents section it says it is a Maneuver...which is correct?

I'd say it's meant to be a Maneuver, partially because it's harder to accidentally call it by the wrong thing twice (in the long description), and the call out against "stacking" implies that you're meant to be able to use it against multiple ships in your turn, which would be difficult to do if it were an action.

It was stated somewhere that when the Talent write up in the Talents chapter contradicts with the write up in the little box in the Talent Tree, the one in the Talents chapter is the correct write up.
