The general idea is just, pick ships off one at a time or all at once if I can get them lined up nice. Making hard locks and annoying people in the process.
It's an Ionic Column.
Might be better to demote Mux to the generic HWK, and give that a Tactician. With this much Ionization, stress becomes invaluable.

Not as much of a factor when literally everyone in your fleet is ionizing them.
HWK's dial is the worst in the game, but it beats a dial consisting of only 1 forward 
I agree with you partly, whilst I do like tactician, I'm not sure if it outweighs giving the biggest threat ps0.
I might however, tinker some more to see if I can fit a tactician somewhere!

Without giving your fellow ships Predator, Mux isn't overpowered.

Boba Fett+K4+Engine Upgrade+Ion Cannon+Push the Limit (52)
While this is 1 ship less, the added fire power and hull point of Boba fett seems to come in handy a lot for me as it lets me kill the things I have locked down. The Aux firing arc that Boba has also helps if something gets away from being Ioned.
How hard is it to stay at range 2 to keep using Tactician?
How about Dace Bonearm rather than Mux?
His ability is a great support to an ion squad.
