Crossover between Arkham and Eldritch Horror
I assume you're the guy who posted to BGG. I have to apologize: in all my ten years of loving Arkham Horror and participating on the forums, I've never seen a BGG thread get locked. That was highly unusual.
The answer to your question is that no, probably nobody has come up with a crossover because it would be extremely tedious. How do stats translate? How do you apply EH-specific conditions? What is the meaning of train tickets?
Conversely: how do Arkham monsters move on the EH board? how does Shudde M'ell's ability apply? How do the boards interact? How do gate limits apply? How do you know which gate deck to use for an encounter? It seems more trouble than it's worth.
I'm not going to sabotage myself by saying it can't be done, but honestly I think you'd be best just playing each game independently. EH is like a world-wide version of AH. The two games have very many things in common.
Tibs,
Threads are constantly locked in many areas of BGG. Just come and check the W&G section and you'll see many of those.
As for cross-breeding the two games... sounds impossible to me. Too different the systems to find something good

I never really got round to finishing this one, but it's probably got enough to get you started...
i was thinking to use only the Arkham characters sheets considering movement 1 in the Eldritch board and considering Sneak -> Observation, Fight -> Strenght, Will -> Will, Lore -> Lore and Luck -> Influence.
It would be a game of Arkham with the Eldritch board as an expansion.
Movement 1 is probably too slow, especially as the player may have to race back to Arkham. 2 Movement Points per link, or triangular based movement (first step cost 1 MP, 2nd step costs 2 MP, etc.) Of course, it doesn't make much sense thematically unless you rule that there is a time-distortion effect over Arkham, what with the general destruction of the fabric of reality and all.
Skills and clues have different values in the two games - loosely put skil upgradess are more commonplace in Eldricth whereas clues are more commonplace in Arkham. The skill checks on the EH cards are designed with the concept that most player have a Max of 4 (ignoring upgrades), but then you've got opposed stats in Arkham, so it kind of balances out.
