Newbie First Fleet Build

I'm new to the game and starting to get into fleet builds

I'm not worried about objectives yet because its so close to 300 points.

As a first attempt, knowing how bad my first X-Wing build was, hows this/ what changes should I look into?

Overload pulse seems like the only thing really out of place. It really shines the more ships you have, but in this case you have to be able to fire with your Vic first and then your Glad if you want to use it. Gunnery Team and Expanded Launchers is a deadly combo if you get to use it, I personally prefer Screed and Assault Concussion Missiles as it seems a little more consistent. You could also consider dropping Chiraneau, since he is best used with Mithel (imperial fighter expansion) or with bomber to get them in range. Ties don't really need to move when engaged, just let them hold the enemy squadrons and try to get some kills. If you did drop Chir and Overload Pulse you could add Enhanced Armaments or Dominator to your Vic. Just some thoughts. I would encourage you to try multiple variations and see what works best for your play style!
