You I have been pondering a build similar to this. It would really depend on how you use it.

Like drop the Moff and toss on Ruthlessness or Oppertunist for the inevitable swarm player.

This would probably go well unless the opponent had some really heavy hitters. But even then you could probably tank a few pretty nasty hits.

crits are the biggest problem for the deci the Moff has saved me a few times
