I've had a bit of success with this list so far. What are peoples thoughts?

Looks fine. There are some things that can just ruin your day (like triple interceptors or a phantom), but if you are better than your opponent at anticipating enemy moves, you might still do okay...
Tar7n is incredibly tanky, particularly behind Biggs.
I'm guessing that your 2nd ship down is usually Wedge.

I think I'd rather have the stressbot (R3-A2) on the rookie than R7 on Tarn. It actually makes your opponents target priority a bit more difficult when its down to just Tarn or the Rookie.

Tarn is tough. Biggs is there almost solely to protect Wedge as without a bigger gun Biggs may be a slightly harder shot but still a ship that you want to take down.
What's the best way to use the stressbot? I've never run it before.
Any other ideas about 4 X-wing lists? I am kind of new to the game.

The traditional concept has been "Don't"
Personally, I like giving 'em Engine Upgrades.
The original list looks about what my 4X list consists of except instead of Wedge, I have Luke with VI. Luke allows you to still get shots off on those arc dodging PS9 ships and you can spend your focus on offense to make sure you have a good chance of hitting.
Tarn is awesome, you won't get a better value for points out of an X-wing. R3A2 really annoys people and if you stick it on a Rookie and fly next to a more elite pilot youngive your opponent a real headache regarding target priority. There are fun lists out there built around Luke and Porkins which I want to experiment with.
Last thing, good for you for flying X-wings. Everyone out there underestimates them, but they are a lot better than people think. I've flown 3 elite x-wings for a while and given a lot of people very rude surprises.

Its not a bad ship though, primarily because some of the unique pilots have exceptional abilities, so just because you really like the ship, don't let that fool you into believing it is excellent. Personally, its my favourite rebel ship, so I'm looking forward to an expansion that makes it even better (I'm sure lots of people feel this way, and with a new movie, I think this will definitely happen).
In the meantime, x-wings can be fun, and like any ship, good player choices/judgement can win you games and make up for any shortcomings in a particular list. But that is true of any ship in this game

Another "good on you" from me, too. The game's called X-Wing, dammit. Someone has to fly 'em. 
The problem will always be arc-dodgers. though. Phantoms or Interceptors will ruin your day.

What's the best way to use the stressbot? I've never run it before.
Try it on a Y-Wing with the BTL-A4 title, you can stress up to two targets in one round. Otherwise it pairs nicely with Hobbie who clears stress when spending a TL.

I ran this list last night. It did... ok. I was facing Guri and three tricked out Sycks. I blew up everything but one Scyk, so it was a pretty close game. I just picked the wrong actions every turn, lol! If I chose to target lock, then I rolled all eyeballs, if I focused then I rolled all blanks. Ah well, that's the way it goes sometimes!
