(of course they're kited out for different ord, Rhymer's lack of action efficiency leading him to use more efficient ord such as APTs and homing missiles while Redline's double-lock + FCS lets him go ham with Cluster Missiles and even Proton Torps. Problem with rhymer is he needs PTL, and the bomber's greens aren't terribly impressive. Redline will be under no such burden--he won't even need actions after the first shot!--unless the Punisher's dial is somehow worse)

for the record, Redline with FCS, clusters, proton torps, munis and thrusters will run you 41

and before anyone asks, yes going up to a 75% evade die over a 37.5% one is worth it especially at range 3
