Right now I'm working on a storage solution which will take up about the same amount of space as 3/4 small boxes and hopefully 2 large boxes. There are three aspects I'm trying to balance as best as I can; setup time, game play benefit, and volume.

As of right now, my small box monster cup is complete. ALL the monster tokens are readily available for drawing purposes, Mask and Spawn monsters separated into their own little compartments.

As everyone knows Arkham Horror is a beast of a game.

There have been a number of solutions offered over the years, as recently as a few days ago. You may want to scroll through a few pages out here and over at BGG. My company specializes in displays, but there's apparently a large community, as well in need of storage solutions, be they thematic or just practical.

Here's more of my storage method:

The purpose of this unit is to store the expansion cards. This does not include every card in any single expansion, only the cards which expand a preexisting deck. So, if Curse of the Dark Pharaoh is used for a game, the corresponding Investigator and Ancient One cards are removed from their respective slots and mix them with their respective decks.

The expansions are stored in this order:

Ancient One Cards:
1st Row: Curse of the Dark Pharaoh, Dunwich Horror, The King in Yellow, Innsmouth Horror
2nd Row: Kingsport Horror, Black Goat of the Woods, Lurker at the Threshold, Miskatonic Horror

Investigator Cards:
3rd Row: CotDP, DH, TKiY, KH, BGotW, LatT, MH

Can I ask what you used to make the inserts? How did you glue them together? Any help would be appreciated!!
