Esdevium (UK distributors of everything FFG) have mailed retailers saying wave 2 for Armada will be out in July and to get their preorders in.

This seems really unlikely to me personally given the lack of updates on the product pages here. Have any US distributors had information that they are going to ship that early?

I am hoping for a September release, I kinda doubt it will be much earlier.

I'm with my corellian friend here in thinking it's most liekly going to be a september drop, but I would love to be wrong!

Look it's about 12 weeks from prints until hand. Sept looks good for release.

Just a word to the wise I have followed x-wing since wave 2. When wave 4 was at the printers every site you went to had the release with date which turned out to wrong by a couple months wait until you have a tracking notice ships are coming to your LGS or your house before you have a date in mind.

Ps retailers never have gotten a FFG release correct in the past when the ships where still at the printer.

Also FFG release seem to come at the end of the third quarter not beginning

As much as I hate to say it, we don't even know if wave 2 is at the printer yet. Notorious as the upcoming page is, it still lists wave 2 as in development.

As above and the fact that we have seen no further preview articles aside from the announcement and that leak we got earlier this month. I'm guessing September or late August at the very earliest.

From a U.S. standpoint there is no new news on the Wave 2 release. I can't agree or disagree with the U.K. distributor announcement as i am not privy to that info. July was always the tentative release month for it. However, it looks like it may get delayed and I'm speculating we'll see it around August or even September.

The latest news I posted was X-Wing Wave 7 and the Raider are double confirmed to drop in August and orders for that are due July 7th.

I'm keeping my ear to the ground for you guys. When I know you won't be far behind.

My LGS just got told July as well. Maybe they just never got around to telling the UK everything is delayed?
