If the info coming from FFG is correct, then we will have the same game situation we've had since April 15th for US Nationals in about a month. We have a few regionals left, but probably not enough to cause any major swings in the meta.

Those of you who did well at Regionals:

What would you take to Nationals? A new list completely? A tweaked version of your regional lists(s)? Do you think the meta has shifted enough to significantly change your regional list-making?

New list! Worked well for me in the past to 'take the meta by surprise'.

Likely I'll be rolling a ordinance list... I just want it to be great so bad. :\

I'd just tweak my Corran YY list.

I have 3 extra points and a naked title Goldie. Maybe a generic R2 and 2 points of initiative.

I'm currently play testing 4 lists that I'm considering for Nationals, some "meta", some not.

In a perfect world, I'd like to get an assessment of how each does against specific meta builds, so I have an accurate representation of how it would do, and identify tweaks to optimize my lists. But you can't force people to fly what you want them to haha

I recently discovered a very fun "unique" list that is winning games, however I'm afraid to take it to a tournament as large as Nationals. If I had discovered it during Store Championship season and done well, I would consider it. Again, I need to see how it would fare against specific meta builds against good pilots to get a better understanding on how it would do.

As far as the meta change I know the rule before was bring bodies, but it's definitely shifted to 2ship lists. However these two ship lists are so varied (Several Turret+Ace, Double Turret, Brobots) its hard to find a counter to all. Most include high damage mitigation, so that's a good way to start determining what upgrade combinations can help limit that.

I'd take my same list, but practice vs. Phantoms more.

Same list, I think it has answers for all of the main meta builds. The only thing I need to change is practice against 4B/AC and 4BZ, primarily my positioning with IGB

I would take the almighty MythList. It's so good that even my unpracticed, mediocre flying skills would allow me to win it all. Fortunately for you all, I probably won't be there.... probably.

Take 4 tempests with cluster missiles anyway just to protest if the raider is indeed not out yet.

I would stick with my Brobots. They haven't done me wrong throughout Regional season; my losses have all been largely attributable to bad play. I feel like a good Brobot build can handle almost anything you put in front of it if it is flown well.

5 Cartel Spacers with Ion Cannons.

Seriously, though; I have been running a 3/4 A-wing which I like, but I get killed with; and a 5-Z95 list (one Scum, one Rebel)since January that I have a lot success, but it's boring. Probably the latter.
