If you want to cause more stress drop the gunner and add Mara Jade or rebel captive

Mara jade only affects targets without stress, so you wouldn't be able to double stress, although it might still be useful to hinder k-turns. Rebel captive I think is ultimately better though, since between whisper and kath, most opponents will have an easier time shooting at Kath, so you should get good value out of it.
I think its a decent list though, and I really like that Whisper build

The only thing I would do is change lone wolf to Calculation and change Gunner to Recon specialist
that way you ensure they have to cancel a Crit and still have a focus to change the rest of the "eyes" or for defense if you need it. Imagine a Manger that deals 2 Crits.

that looks like 94 pts, so I assume there's supposed to be engine on Kath. I like it. Except I would worry about having to use an action to drop the proximity mine. If it was a problem (I don't know, it might not be) you could always switch it to seismic.
