This is my first video ever uploaded so please be patient, also any suggestions are welcome

Btw YouTube s editor is not as extensive as I want does anyone know of good vedio editors that are cheap?(preferable free but I doubt I'm that lucky)

Also the thumbnail is all hoky but I'm to tired to fix it tonight...

Try windows media? Don't use YouTube's editor, its not even really an editor...

Lightworks is meant to be very good and there is a free version:

I haven't used it myself but been meaning to try it out.

In my research lightworks has been mentioned multiple times, I think I will have to try it

My biggest suggestion is to get a stand for your camera. Having the camera on a fixed point instead of being hand held will improve the look of the video.

I don't know if the editor you are getting will let you do voice overs for your video, but I'd also suggest doing that. Write up what you'd want to talk about, film the shots you're looking for, then add your thoughts over top. That should help keep you on point, and your thoughts organized.

I added your youtube channel to my blog links.

Quick Edit: Content wise everything is excellent. All that's left is the polishing.

I know I'm one to talk with my boring utilitarian blog...

I am aware that a good stand will be important, it is on my wishlist. The voiceover bit is great advice :) I will work on getting some proper programs and equipment for that,

Thanks for the tips!!

:D

Edit: can you put a link to your blog by chance?

Tips

instead of filming the cards you could just fade in and out of screen pics of the ship and upgrade cards and add commentary over the top It saves time filming

Microsoft move maker would be a good program to use at the moment its what I stated with. its a grate program to learn with and there are plenty of youtube videos showing tips and tricks on how to use it

Ive also put a link to your channel on our face book page
