I'm questioning this bc in real life a soldier could get the Purple Heart multiple times so I'm thinking if somebody gets the medallion crimson for instance once and he does the same thing again does he get it again and does the bonus stack?

I'm thinking this one is a GM discretion matter. I know my Stormtrooper has the Honorifica Imperialis 3 times, but I only get the benefits once.

I'd probably say they don't, since I believe the bonus gained affects the whole squad, and some might be presented to each member of that squad, which seems little different than you wearing three. Otherwise, if they add a +X to something, like Tactics, or Pinning, maybe make it be "each additional one you get adds an additional +1 or +2 to the bonus. Still, I'd favor the "no, it doesn't", based on the first blurp I said. That's me, of course.
