Additionally it's a fitting description of what happens when you roll into range 2 and deal 16+ damage in one round; fast and deadly, much like being struck by thunder (lightning).

Well, yeah. Taking only three ships is a stressful proposition. I was just saying you have to have a nice relaxing Gala the night before to mentally and physically prepare yourself. THEN, if you manage to pull off the victory, well then one would be inclined to hold giant balls, multiples of them, to celebrate.

Ill be trying it out.
I like the 4 defense dice and the ATC gives the auto crit on your target locked opponent of chouce. I know the advanced can be a dog, and your chosen target isn't 100% gonna be in your arc, but you stand a decent chance of keeping him in sight if you know your dial and take some risks..

I wonder whether in upcoming meta PS4 will be of an significant advance compared to PS2.
If so, I'd prefere 4 Storms + ATC + Twin Ion Engine Upgrade .... given that the Advanced will be more unpredictable after k-turning.
What if your flew Zertik Strom with Sensor Jammer and a 1-2 point upgrade, and then flew him with 6 TIEs?
First engagement try to stay /just/ out of range, then next turn 5 forward into range one?
