i don't get your question.... I use them all the time

Action: Discard this card to drop 1 proximity mine token.

When a ship executes a maneuver, if its base or maneuver template overlaps this token, this token detonates .

Detonation: Proximity mines roll 3 attack dice to the ship that detonates them.

In mission control, they're missing unfortunately.
