1. How would this work out? 2 regular damage and 2 crits, how would brace work? Would it cancel both regular? Both crits? One of each?

2. Can you redirect all the damage to an adjacent side?

3. With the overlap rules as they are, is it possible to get yourself in a position where you get "stuck" just running into another ship over and over because both are unable to maneuver out of the way

1. This equates to 4 damage with a Critical Effect. Brace would convert it to 2 damage with a Critical Effect. Brace reduces the damage to half but does not affect the Critical Effect.

2. You can redirect an amount of damage equal to the shield you are redirecting to. So if you took a 4 point hit and chose to redirect to a hull zone with 2 shield strength you could redirect up to 2 points there.

3. Yes, but remember a collision does not change your speed, it just curtails your movement. A Manuver command or two should bump up your speed enough to clear the ship you are butting heads with.

1. 4 Damage, Reduced to 2 With Brace, one critical hit because "at least one critical was rolled"

2. So long as there's shields.

3. Yep. Until someone Navigates to change speed to maximum to get through, or Dies.
