Am I blind(or just dumb)? What is the penalty described on page 219 that you can ignore if you use a medpac to help others?
I have read the page a few times now and I can`t see it. Is it referring to situational setback dice?

Edited by RodianCloneI think the last sentence is in the last paragraph covers it and shouldn't have been in the last paragraph combined with a PC healing his own wounds. The reason behind this thought is that it is the only spot that talks about proper equipment and refers back to page 176 where the medpack is listed, a medpack is proper equipment. So...you don't increase the difficulty takes the penalty away.
"In addition, attempting a Medicine
check without the proper equipment (see
page 176) increases the difficulty of the
check by one."

Ah! Thank you:)
Not a problem, there could be others that read it a different way, but I am going to read it that way.
I think that's pretty standard way of reading it, at least from what I have gathered.
