Can I discard Liea to pergorm a red K turn while being stressed?

At the start of the Activation phase, she makes all friendly ship's red maneuvers white instead. As it's not an action, you can do this while your ship is stressed or any of the other ships are stressed.

Incidentally, "Friendly" still refers to yourself as well. If they excluded you from your benefit, it would say "Another Friendly".

Nope. FAQ p16 states that if two (or more) effects change the difficulty of a maneuver, the effect that increases the difficulty takes priority.
