Daemons

By Godgolden, in Rogue Trader

So, where are the standard daemons (plaguebearers, daemonettes etc)

Books etc?

I cant seem to find the basics...

Black Crusade - Core Rulebook

Dark Crusade's Monster Manual has them as well.

Edit: Creatures Anathema, that's it.

The Koronus Bestiary has some. Also plenty in various Dark Heresy books.

Edit: Especially DH core book, Daemon Hunters, Creatures Anathema.

I'd caution against just throwing material from other game lines into BC without first making sure that the profiles are suitable, though. They are always written with that one game in mind, and as the games have different narrative focuses leading to different "power levels", so do the NPCs.

As an example, the "Beast of Nurgle" appears in Black Crusade, in Dark Heresy, and in Rogue Trader. And in all three books, it has different stats and traits, because all three games feature different characters with different abilities and different weapon profiles.

But if you are looking for daemonic profiles meant for BC -- the "Tome of [...]" series of supplements features a variety of daemons befitting the Chaos God the book's title refers to. In addition to the ones found in the Core Rulebook, of course. :)

(sorry, thought this was the BC subforums for a moment ><)

Not sure where to find books for your enemies? Want to just throw something thematic at your players in a hurry?

Love this site.

Thanks guys, was kinda hoping they wouldnt be spread across multiple 'ranges' of roleplays, but I was fooling myself lol.

Well, technically it's not ... it's just that not every enemy is replicated and adapted for every game line yet.

A lot of players have come up with home-made profiles to cover that, though. Have you checked Dark Reign , for example?
