4 of them is decent, but not great. Has potential but you often lose one right off the bat and you're stuck playing with 3 anyways.

I imagine 3x PS SV's with autothrusters and a PS 3 Z is better than straight up 4, have yet to play it though.

2 with autothrusters and IG88(B) with some upgrades seem great.

Two with IG is prob the best but honestly not particularly competitive.

Haha...this will be kind of a throw away post, but:

I've played 1 game vs 4 generic starvipers with a junk list. I won pretty easily.

I took a loaded up Guri once and was immediately destroyed.

I played a game vs a Prince Xizor and simply avoided him. It was a 200 point team game, but he may as well have not been there...I'm not confident he even fired a shot.

I feel bad saying it, but I've yet to see a game where they really did much of anything. I'm sorry I'm not contributing to the actual question, but to me, asking for starvipers is like asking for naked HWK's. If someone does post a good list, I would be interested in seeing it, though.

I think 3 B. Pirates a PS1 star viper and PS9 FCS Xizor is borderline competitive.

Gives Xizor a decent meat shield that you roll up in a small formation. Guri is your flanker here and can cause some issues for your opponent. The FA array Zs give ceptors and Phantoms pause.

I took iggy B and 2 starvipers to regionals. Started strong at 3-1, with the starvipers pulling their weight, sometimes even long after iggy died.

That combination of speed, power, and raw blocking ability is nothing to joke about.

Ended up 3-3 after the day started takin its toll mentally. Programmed a few red moves after stress.

I just flew 2 Black Sun Vigos w/thrusters & Lone Wolf IggyD last night, took down Super Dash and Super Leebo. I felt like the Starvipers didn't do anything. Too low action economy to convert raw dice. I think between the two of them they landed maybe 2 or 3 damage combined. Am thinking of running Y-Wings instead of SVs.

I have tried (in one game) the 3 Vigo and 1 BS Soldier squad. This was against Mangler Dash, mind you.

In that matchup, the Vigos pulled their weight because of Autothrusters. They were hard to kill. I had a lot of statistically "normal" green rolls (1 blank, 1 focus, 1 evade) with a focus token that I was able to generate complete misses out of.

I think the squad has some potential, though I wonder how it will fare when the opponent doesn't have a turret.

There's some good power in 2vipers 1 bounty hunter (aggressor or Firespray)

There's also some good power in 2 vipers and 3 z's. (Usually I like one guri or Xizor with upgrades)

I'm thinking 2x viper + autothruster and 2x HLC spacer. Could be good, maybe better than 2y 2viper

HWK (palob) and 2 viper works alright.

Next on the list is enforcer + at x 3 and lone wolf Ndru

This list was consistently murdering the Dutch competitive scene during store championships. I faced it once and it's very competitive but very hard to fly properly.

Post phantom nerf you probably can drop the cannon from serissu for some dampeners.

I was pretty happy with it all things considered. The StarVipers have a pesky dial, like B-Wings on crack. I don't think Guri used Lone Wolf once, but she was still pretty amazeballs.
