That deck is not stripped down to 50 cards yet. Did not test card draw/games, so cannot say which to remove. As there are two purple heroes, most probably some red weapons will be removed from the deck (red recources will be needed for Gondorian Fire, too).
The idea:
Each time an enemy is optionaly engaged the holder of Captain of Gondor will get +1 def & +1 att until end of round. There seems not to be a restriction. So Boromir, who can attack and defend easily in one round, combined with Halbared, who allows an additional optional engaging each round, will get most of this combo.
As in single player you usually get only one enemy per round this deck should be used in multiplayer, focussing on combat. Duh.
Celebron will quest, Halbarad gives him support when engaged. Newly added allies will also quest (+1 bonus) because questing could be a problem with this deck. Due to allready high thread Bormomir should not be overused but he can defend and attack, anyhow Halbarad then can defend or attack, too.
Needed setup:
Boromir: Captain of Gondor - Horn of Gonder - 1st Gondorian Fire - 1st Gondorian Shield
Halbarad: 2nd Gondorian Fire
Celeborn: Elven Mail - any other restricted weapon
2nd Gondorian Shield: Halbarad or Celeborn, dunno which character will defend more. (This is not that much optimized: Celeborn can get attacking bonus from weapons, Halbarad gets Gondorian Fire, so both could attack, no one is prefered defender.)
Arod most probably on Boromir or an ally like Legolas.
Silvan Items/Weapons to any allies which will not jump in/out every now and then.
Cram to Celeborn that he can attack/defend as second move (or maybe Halbarad, depends on how good Naith Guide will work).
Secret Vigil to reduce the thrat every now and then..
Pursuing the Enemy, Feigned Voices and Sneak Attack will be used to pop up certain Silvans:
Naith Guide (have Celeborn ready for a second action)
Orophin (if to many dead allies)
Galadhon Archer (if to many enemies lurk around)
Foe Hammer to support card draw, Faint and Gondorian Discipline as emergency backup. Well, and O Lorien to reduce the cost of playing allies.
Right now; seems like a solid idea to me. Any comments?
