Rebel Saboteur Command deck help

By chiller087, in Imperial Assault Skirmish

So I tried the Montclair build which was Jyn, Gaarkhan, Gideon, 2x Elite Sabs, Luke. Kicked butt with it. Now I want to experiment with -1 Gaarkhan (didn't really pull his weight) and go +1 Mak and +1 Regular Sabs.

I'm having trouble with finishing the command deck, though. I want to include so many different cards that it's become a headache to choose. Here's what I have so far:

Element of Surprise

Fleet Footed

Focus

Lock On

Rally

One in a Million

2x Slippery Target

Son of Skywalker

Take the Initiative

To the Limit

Urgency

That's 12 cards with 12 points. The cards I'm considering to round out the deck are:

Inspiring Speech

1x or 2x Explosive Weaponry

Collect Intel

Change of Plans

Deadeye

Planning

Am I missing something important? I would really appreciate if somebody could at least give me something to think about, especially taking into consideration this season's 3 available maps.

I always run Deadeye with Saboteurs. That extra accuracy can be a life saver with them. I've also been running Marksmen a lot too. The maps can get pretty cramped and I have found it useful.

My suggestion:

Explosive Weaponry x2 (perfect for taking out groups of officers and stormtroopers)

Deadeye (see above)

Marksman is redundant because the Sabs already have Priority Targeting.

I guess I was talking about Marksmen with Luke. Let's him sit in the back to do his buff but still get a shot in.

can be nice with jyn but there are better command cards out there. when building you want a card to be useful even if someone has died.

When ever you draw a card you want it to be useful.

Marksman can be devastating with Jyn, her ability triggers on a hostile figure's activation, not on line of sight(only makes a difference with this card). It also wouldn't be bad with Luke or regular sabs. That is 3 cards it can be used with, that is not a bad take if you have a point to spare.

Deadeye is great because it guarantees that extra range when you want it, but also because it lets you take those riskier shots that are beyond the minimum range while it is in your hand.

Explosive Weaponry is just amazing. On the Elite Sabs it lets you hit that sweet spot of Blast 3 with just 1 surge(kills officers and troopers in 1 shot), it can also net you blast 5 if you roll 2 surges (Probe droids, Elite troopers, Elite officers, reg e-web, reg sabs, mak, gideon can now be killed with 1 lucky shot).

You may want to look at Strength in Numbers as a card, its not always useful against high activation lists, but can be downright devastating getting a second activation in at the right time.

I'm not as much of a fan of To the Limit in this list as it needs a special activation to trigger, so it would only be useful to Luke or Gideon.

If you wanted to take another character instead of Gaarkhan, you could look at Diala as she would give you a second force user(yay! force cards) and a figure the enemy cant afford to ignore.
