No it's a new modification slot called "Spite"
You can only equip it on Boba Fett if you've killed a Millennium Falcon or 3 on a livestream in a top 8 game - Any ship with Han Solo as pilot or crew cannot enter the playing field while Slave 1 is still alive.
Still waiting for scum-only Bounty crew upgrade that causes enemy ships to use one less red die when attacking that ship. That one should have Han on ice.
