Something people were talking about in Vancouver yesterday: the US Open is taking place in Tacoma next weekend. Traffic and parking are probably going to be terrible. If you're going (especially those coming from the south), may want to make sure you allow extra time to deal with it.

The open is one reason I ended up not going to the regional in Tacoma; I couldn't find hotel space for less than $300 to save my life.

Kind of wish I was in the 2nd flight now Saturday, traffic won't be as bad then. Didn't think about the Open until after I requested to be in the first one. Luckily I am not too far away. Looks like an early Saturday morning.
