How to replace a missing order

By MarthWMaster, in A Game of Thrones: The Board Game

I am looking to replace a missing raid order for House Tyrell, but I'm stumped as to the method of doing so. Obviously it has to be indistinguishable from the other order tokens, so making a substitute is out. And FFG does not replace lost components (even for a fee?). What should I do?

Use this link and follow the instructions.

It is quite easy to do!

I have used that page in the past to replace new and legitimately damaged product, but it very specifically lays out that their policy is to not replace components that are damaged from use. I would imagine the same is true for lost components.

Well, I suggest you try it anyway explaining your situation.

I am pretty sure that FFG will replace a single order token if you have proof of purchase.

If they refuse to replace it, you can still add a small piece of paper under a random order token. When order token are reveal, it is mutually agreed between all players that the token with the piece of paper represent a raid order for House Tyrell.

Another alternative is to remake all the order tokens for house Tyrell. Get an arch punch in roughly the same size. Print scans (or photos) and glue them to cardboard about 1 mm thick (1/24"), then punch out new tokens. As long as you align both sides before gluing, it's a pretty easy and fast task to perform. In fact, you might enjoy it so much you make new tokens for ALL houses!
