Can you use a command dial or token to increase a ships movement past the printed cards top movement? Ex) can I command a Star Dest. to speed 3 or 4?

Also does engine tech work to do this? And does engine tech just let u add a forward 1 or are you using all the options from your ships speed 1 column such as the yaws?

Engine techs is in addition to your regular move. So basically it is a second move using your speed 1 chart.

Your command dial and or token can not make your ship exceed its maximum speed on its speed chart.
