That's a lot of points sunk into the Space Guppy. I would probably diversify some by taking off the Enhanced Armaments, and swapping for ten points of Upgrades on the other ships. Something as simple as Leia or Tantive for the CR90 and Redemption or Salvation for the NebB.
I don't often push Sal for NebB, but if the Paragon is your centerpiece, you might want to improve its Engineering ability as well as its ECM for survivability.
Listen to coastcityo. You've got all your eggs in that fancy AF basket. Your other ships feel like after thoughts, almost. You can greatly improve their effectiveness with just a few points spent on them. It's worth dropping a fighter for...as it is you can barely issue enough squadron commands to cover all your fighters,
