Cannot wait! How long is the "On the boat" process usually?
Edit: Website says 4-6 weeks... and then there's the "shipping now" step. So It's looking like mid-late July before I'll have the expansions in my living room huh?

Too early to announce the episode 7 stuff, probably out in December.

I have a feeling it will get shipped the week of Gencon but won't be in stores till the following week. It will be at Gencon.

6 weeks? Pfft. I'm from X-Wing and I say patience young padawan!
I believe someone once collaborated together all the announcements, shipping times, and such on x-wing products, and I believe 8 weeks was the average for "on the boat" time before it was shipping to retailers.

I was kinda confused by the In-Flight on timing. I thought he was referring to Twin Shadows/Packs as being available in September, but when he said that, the Wookie Warriors pack was on screen, which is still listed as 'In Development'.
Today marks the 8 week point. When oh when will this ship?
Amazon is saying that it will be instock on August 21st. If that is true it takes 10 days before it hits retailers. So best guess will be it will ship on 8/11 to stores.

The west coast port dispute has been resolved for the next 5 years. That is at least what I read a while ago. Not sure why it is taking this long by boat when the imperial raider did not take as long. It left on June 30th and it's status changed to shipping on August 3rd. So I hope the 2nd wave for imperial assault ships to the stores soon.

I spoke to someone at FF about the delay, was told that one factor that could be playing into this is the size of the shipment. Because this is an expansion box AND several allies/villains, there may be more than one shipping container involved, whereas a single ship from x-wing would likely fit in only one. If multiple containers are required, they have to wait until ALL items are in hand before shipping. He specifically said that they can't ship some to CA but wait for the next crate to ship to NY. Not sure how accurate my explanation is, but it might be helpful?
