which mission works better with some specific list ?

I have more than a question :) to more expert players.
So we could simplify and divide the missions in : grab (or hit)the token and run( Lost Knowledge,Smuggled Goods,Raiding party ,Leave no evidence) and controll the token /tile and stay(Get to the ship,Mind of his own,Incoming trasmission, Ddata heist )or a mix of control and run (Close to home) or different situation (Bounty Hunter).

While for the "run" mission look easy to find good deployment card ( number of figures and mobility) is to hard for the" controll" missions.
One "Hard- to-kill figure look be necessary,but if the places to controll are many one is not enought .

So at the end ( not knowing before which missions shall be played ) it looks than some list are better in all situations(and you know which one :D )

question 2: Do are able to use ranged figure as ranged ? I mean that in small maps with some specific places, that gives VPs, after 2 rounds in my (solo) games all figures becomes ..."brawlers" :D like in one saloon of a western movie (if you move move not use the gun and somebody else finds you however so is better you shoot (and stay using a card that gives somebonus)

Question 3:do you think that new rebel Saska Teft is lame ? :o overall Unstable device ( roll 0, 1 , 2 to some figures and surely take one damage ?
Weaken is a future evade for the target of the figure affected from condition. So this figure could choose a target where the surge is less important,
