Which one takes supremacy? Say I have SoT on Kavil with Unhinged. Suppose he won't get blocked/have an opportunity to arc dodge if I had picked a different 3 speed maneuver...can I SoT a 3 speed maneuver to be a green thanks to Unhinged?

Anyway, either the FAQ or the Rulebook specifies that if one thing makes a maneuver more difficult, while another makes it easier, then more difficult wins.
