Honestly, nearly everything C-3PO says is pure gold. [pun intended]

But one of my favorites is during the scene where Chewbacca is strangling Lando.

Leia: "We don't need your help."

Lando: [gasping] "Haa-. Haa-."

Leia: "What?"

C-3PO: "It sounds like 'Han'."

Because, you know, C-3PO is fluent in over six million forms of communication. I guess a human speaking basic while being choked by a wookiee is one of those forms of communication. I laugh about that every time I watch that scene.

I loved the episode V version of yoda. I wish they would have preserved that for the newer movies. To me, Yoda was so evolved in the force that a lightsaber would be crude and superfluous.

Not sure it is my favorite, but it has affected my life more than any other single quote in ANY movie... not just Star Wars.

My wife and I were still dating and we were at my apartment that I shared with several other guys. We had been watching some movie on the couch and she got up to change to a new movie. The quote popped out of my mouth before my brain was engaged:

"That's no moon..."

She straightened up and gave me a glare that she still gives me after 19 years of marriage. She still finds new people to tell as often as possible. In fact, for my birthday this year, she gave me a shirt with all the cycles of the moon, with the Death Star in the bottom corner that states "That's no moon!"

It doesn't matter what you thought... it doesn't matter what your intentions are... she will never forget, because she deals in absolutes!

Like Han, I shot my mouth off first... and it will never die...

This isn't my favorite quote, or going against the purpose of the thread somewhat, even the quote I consider the best, but the one I use the most in my life is

"That's impossible even for a computer."

I use this quote at least every week, it comes up quite often.

I love this quote so much, it is what I use for my text message alert. I've found, as an instructor at the local sea cadet corps, that the quote has come in many times when the kids I teach question whether I am giving them the right information.

"I find your lack of faith disturbing."

Of course, this is usually followed when I pull out the documentation to prove that I am right by saying:

"I have you now"

Many years ago I used to play GW's Battlefleet Gothic. During a game I was trying to cross the T on one of my opponent's main capital ships with my battleship. I ordered All ahead full, he pointed out that this would mean careening straight through an asteroid field. I turned to him, and in my best Darth Vader voice, I said;

"Asteroids do not concern me Admiral, I want that ship, not excuses!"

I then went on to cripple his ship with a major broadside. It's hard to beat a good quote when you get the perfect opportunity! :-)

Idk man, "AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" is pretty serious stuff there.
