Dungeon yes, no on Treasure or Warlock. Dungeon rules state abilities that work on Adventure cards, work on Dungeon cards. But Sage doesn't have the ability to look at the top card of every deck.

It does pertain to Dungeon Cards, as indicated in the Dungeon rules, as Dam pointed out. However, since the Warlock Quest and Treasure cards are chosen freely, then whether or not someone can 'look at the top card' does not really mean anything anyway. Of course this is from the main rules, there is an optional rule to make the Treasure Card selection random.

Of course, any self-respecting Talismanite will use random Quests and Treasure
. Choice? Pfft, choosing something like Quest or Treasure isnt' the Talisman way, at least not for me.
