This might be a dumb question, or obvious, but is "Bomb Load Out" restricted to Y-Wing's ? The reason I ask is because it doesn't show up as an option for a StarViper on http://xwing-builder.co.uk/ . I think Bombing StarVipers would be interesting 
Just want to make sure it's a legal upgrade before I go Ahead and loud them up

That makes me kinda sad. Having bombs on a super agile fighter would be all kinds of funny I dunno, when it comes to ordnance, I really feel bombs outweigh missiles and torps for utility since you're not sacrificing an action or a primary (or secondary) weapon shot to fire them.

Have you tried flying aggressors? Fastest bomb carrying ships currently in the game.
oh haha, yeah I guess they are, hey? Large base though. I think it'd be hilarious to have a fast small base bomber. The Y-Wing is the closest that Scum have with bomb load out. With unhinged, Kavil and a turret it's still pretty funny if you can get a decent bomb shot off then do a backwards turret shot as well. When extra ordnance comes out that's two bombs. 4 points for 2 seismic charges is a pretty good use of points i think. 10 for protons is too much haha. I guess what I'd like is a K-wing equivalent ship for SCUM. But I doubt FFG will do that, the factions are pretty asymmetric when it comes to there faction design.

Scum is getting the Rithlak (no idea how to spell it) The Cthulu Fighter Bomber which I'm pretty sure has a bomb slot. Should be the rough equivalent to the K wing

You are correct sir. The Cuthulu fighter is indeed a fighter only. No bomb bay reported as yet. My apologies.
