Hey guys I got the game and most of the miniatures were broken or bent. Is there a way I can get replacements or am I just going to have to glue them back together as best as possible?

Seconded. When I got my copy of the game, Joe Diamond came out of the bag completely detached from his base. FFG promptly replaced it for free when I asked. Same thing happened with my younger brother's copy of Middle Earth Quest. FFG's customer service is pretty much the best, in my experience.
