More crits in one round. Say my lambda still has full health and I spend 4 damage to deal 2 crits ?

Nope.
Just one activation per attack ( but if you have Gunner and you miss your first one, you may Vader twice as you are doing TWO attacks)
More broadly, abilities can only trigger once each time their triggering conditions are met. This is generally referred to as "once per opportunity", and is explicitly in the FAQ, although I can't look it up right now.
