...Am I blind or something?

I've been searching the Psyker advance schemes, and notice that in the Savant trees (notably the Perceptor-Savant rank), they have access to the Strong Minded talent. However apparently Strong Minded has the requirement of Resistance (Psychic Powers), and I can't seem to find the talent anywhere in the Savant branch.

There doesn't seem to be anything in the errata, so am I just blind or do Savant psykers literally have an advance that they have no way of taking?

IH presents "Living Nightmare" background package (+5 WP, Resistance (PP), 1d10 IP) and Tyrantine Shadow Agent alternate rank (Resistance (PP) for 100 XP). Blighted Schola Origin and The Exorcised Elite Advance (Radical Handbook) give you Resistance (PP).
